PMR LevelWind to CT Bar Conversion Kit for 5500 & 6500 £4.99
ABU 5500 & 6500 Level Wind to CT Bar Fisherman’s Conversion by PMR
I have been asked so many times if there is a cheap and easy way to convert ABU 5000/5501/5501/5501 and 6000/6500/6001/6501 level wind CS cage's to a CT cage, primarily for fishing as most fishermen do not want to pay the exorbitant prices charged for Tournament CT bar conversions. (I know, I sell them)
So, I have come up with this cheap CT conversion kit that not only looks good and includes PMR Top Bar End Caps to finish the whole thing off AND has been successfully tested in both fishing and casting arena’s and has come through with flying colours and will fit right or left handed reels
I am using the reel in the picture with the converted cage for fishing and I am casting both overhead and pendulum…!
And as the kit costs only £4.99 including bespoke stainless steel parts & Acetal top bar end covers for a proper conversion WITH comprehensive step by step instruction YouTube installation video, I think you have a bargain.
